Late or unpaid balances may result in paused services and/or late fees as described on your invoice.

4. Client Responsibilities

To help us perform services safely and efficiently, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your property and access.
Keep driveways, gates, and work areas reasonably clear on scheduled service days.
Inform us in advance of any hazards (pets, fences, irrigation lines, low wires, etc.).

We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden or undisclosed obstacles that could not be reasonably seen.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, please contact us as early as possible. For certain services (such as cleanups or snow services), we may specify cancellation or rescheduling terms directly on your quote or invoice. Those terms will apply in addition to these Terms.
